playing on fag servers:
1. player count is often high.. -so cpu and bandwidth requirements are higher than normal.
2. also we run \sv_rate 25000.. -which is another reason why bandwidth requirements are higher(but adds for better gameplay)... probably it never hits over 20000 though depending on map and player count and particular activity at that second.
